At Sol & Palm, your safety and comfort are always our top priorities. Facial bar services are available for clients ages 15 and up, with parental consent for anyone under 18. For groups of clients under 18, we kindly ask that the entire bar (five chairs) be reserved and that an adult remain present throughout the service to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. Please note that treatment room facials are reserved exclusively for clients 18 and older

Please wait at least 7 days after receiving Botox or filler before getting a facial to ensure the product has time to settle and isn’t displaced.

Many treatments can be adapted to be pregnancy-safe. Please inform your esthetician if you are pregnant or nursing so we can ensure safe product choices. We do not perform Hydrafacials on pregnant clients, as certain ingredients and techniques are not considered safe during pregnancy.

If you are currently taking Accutane (Isotretinoin) or have completed a course within the last 12 months, it’s important to approach skin treatments with caution. Accutane significantly increases skin sensitivity, dryness, and the risk of irritation or adverse reactions. For your safety and optimal skin health, we do not perform facial treatments, exfoliation, or waxing services on clients who are currently on Accutane or who have been on Accutane in the last 12 months.

Some clients may experience mild purging after but this is temporary and part of the skin's natural detox process.

Most clients benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks, but this can vary based on skin type, concerns, and goals. Your esthetician can recommend a personalized schedule. The facials at our facial bar can be done multiple times per month, even weekly if desired.

It's best to let your skin breathe post-treatment, especially if you've had extractions or advanced exfoliation. Ideally, wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup. If you must apply make up, please be sure to gently double cleanse at the end of your night.

At Sol & Palm, our Signature HydraFacial is $225 and already includes LED light therapy, which many spas only offer as part of a higher-tier treatment. For comparison, most HydraFacial providers charge around $199 for a basic treatment without LED, and $275 for a Deluxe HydraFacial that includes LED and a booster.

We’ve structured our pricing to give you flexibility, you receive the benefits of LED with every HydraFacial, and if you’d like to further customize your treatment with a booster, you can add one for $50. This way, you’re not locked into a higher package if a booster isn’t what your skin needs that day.

Brow lamination typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare. To maintain brow health, it’s best to wait at least 8 weeks between treatments. Over-laminating can lead to dryness or brittleness, so spacing out services is key for keeping your brows full and healthy.

Lash lifts typically last about 6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare, while lash tinting typically lasts for about 3-4 weeks. Lash Lifts can be performed every 6-8 weeks.
